Lime Infused Honey Crusted Chicken Breast
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup limes plus zest (about 2 limes)
2 Tbs of honey
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
2 lbs of chicken
Mix it all up and marinate overnight.
And that's it!
I modified this just a little and it still tasted great. I used a little less olive oil, more chicken, and used what I had already as far as spices go. My husband had no words to describe how this tasted. Just sound effects. So you know it's good.
